HOW
Items will be delivered via Courier or Registered Australia Post. This will depend on the item weight or the selected destination.Your order will be dispatched via Australia Post or Independent Courier.
All parcels will be assigned with a tracking number to assist us in case there is any problem with your delivery.We will require all parcel to be delivered to a physical address (e.g. Residential/Business), not a Post Office Box.
Upon receiving your delivery, someone at the address need to signed a proof of delivery.Please note that no deliveries are processed during weekends or public holidaysTIMEPlease allow 1 business day for us to process your order.
We will dispatch the parcel within 24 hours, providing the items are in stock and we have your payment confirmed. We will notify customers immediately for out of stock items. Delivery within Australia generally takes 3-5 Business Days.
Please allow more shipping time for remote areas (such as NT, North QLD and WA). For special order, it will take more than 2 business days, depending on our supplier. We will notify the customer with estimated processing time.

- FREE DELIVERY for order more than $25 (yes it is $25)
- Postage for small item will be charged at a flat rate $8.50 for Australia Wide
- Postage for larger or heavy items such as Nappy Bag or Playmat which is under $25 will be charged at a flat rate $15
