Terms & Conditions
1. Return & Exchange:We understand that shopping online is different with shopping on site. That is why we try our best to make a hassle free Return and Exchange. We do not charge additional postage or handling fee.
- You can return your purchase for up to 14 days from the purchase date.
- Products must be in the condition you received them, undamaged, unused and in the original packaging.
- Please obtain a Return Authorization Code (RAC) prior returning your merchandise via email at sales@mummyonthego.com.au. In the email, please include the invoice number, your full name, product description, reason for return.
- Please write the RAC on the parcel, so we can identify your parcel upon receipt.
- You will need to pay for the shipping cost when you returning your purchase, however you will receive Full refund including your shipping cost that you paid us when you purchase the merchandise.
- When you posting your parcel, we strongly recommend you to use Registered Post from Australia Post. In that way you can track your parcel in case there is an issue with the shipment.
- We will not be held responsible for any lost parcel if you choose not to register your parcel.
- Once your return is received and inspected by our staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that it may take an additional 2-5 business day for the financial institutions to process the transaction for it to post to your account.
- Please mail your returns to: Mummy On The Go, 72/69 Dorcas Street, South Melbourne, VIC 3205.
- We reserve the right to refuse to provide you with a refund if the product is not received in its original packaging, undamaged and unused.
- After 7 Days from the purchase date, please send any products under warranty directly to the manufacturer. Call or email us at sales@mummyonthego.com.au if you have any questions about our return policies.
- For Exchange, please use the return procedure. We will not charge additional postage but we cannot reimburse your shipping cost
2. Pricing
Prices displayed are in AUDs. Prices may be subject to change without notice if necessary. Where applicable, prices also include GST.
3. Discount / Promotion
Mummy on The Go has a Right to cancel any discount or promotion. However, we will email you before the cancellation made
4. Product Availability
Not all products displayed online will be available for immediate delivery. In such a case you will be notified upon receipt of your order of approximate turn around times.
5. Colours
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
6. Conditions Of Sale
All goods must be paid for prior to them being sent. You must supply a delivery address that is occupied during business hours. Mummy on The Go takes no responsibility for goods damaged during delivery or assembly by you.
